I. This service (topicalizer.com) will be referred to under the term 'service' in this document. II. This service may be used either interactively or by using the Topicalizer API. The number of requests per IP per hour is limited to 10. There is no service fee of any kind. III. The IP of any request is logged by the webserver for anonymous statistical purposes. IV. Anyone attempting to breach system security is liable to prosecution and will be prosecuted and sued. V. Anyone attempting to make this service unusable (e.g. through denial-of-service attacks) is liable to prosecution and will be prosecuted and sued. VI. The software behind this service is the intellectual property of Björn Wilmsmann and is not permitted to be copied or to be otherwise distributed. Anyone attempting to get hold of the source code of this software without explicit written consent of the owner (Björn Wilmsmann) is liable to prosecution and will be prosecuted and sued. VII.
